Charlestown Courtyard Garden

When space is limited, a thoughtful design implementation can make what was formally unusable space into a cozy retreat on the exterior of your home.

If minimal maintenance is desired Faux boxwood hedges and screens can provide the clean aesthetic of a manicured formal garden without the constant upkeep.

Prior to construction the entirety of the patio was paved over in brick. Thoughtful design implementation designated that patio space be removed and converted into new garden beds introducing color, texture and interest to a small Back Bay courtyard.

Roof decks are perfect opportunities to take advantage of the unique climate conditions they provide. Abundant sunlight combined with an efficient irrigation system can produce tremendous results. Whether that be a display of beautiful flowering annuals and perennials or a bountiful harvest of fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs

What was formally an empty plot of grass, this small backyard was transformed into a secluded garden oasis by the addition of a stone and brick walkway, custom carpentry, abundant plantings and a water feature to help drown out the noise of a busy neighborhood.

With seemingly endless possibilities, containers and window boxes can change with each season and even into the holidays.
